**Job Purpose**

You will be carrying out various administration duties in support of the Commercial Waste Administrators and Coordinator. The role involves working and contributing towards a highly customer focused environment where organisation, attention to details, time management is critical and a highly professional customer service approach. This role would suit an individual with a proactive attitude who is able to use own initiative with problem solving.

**Job Duties**
- Managing job tickets sent by the subcontractors and update everything on the software system used. To ensure customer inquiries and complaints are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Identifying why jobs have been missed and taking appropriate action to resolve the issue either externally or internally.
- Monitor the activities to ensure all service levels committed are met and exceeded
- Dealing with escalated complaints/ queries associated with customer issues. Manage any over flow of phone calls from the customer service team
- Ensuring that customers are kept informed of any delays or issues with their waste management services. Work closely with the subcontractors.
- Run daily, weekly and monthly checks for Invoices. Tally internal invoices with external invoices to pick up on any anomalies and update invoices on the software system.
- Using our current software systems to manage the functions of receiving, analysing, resolving and documenting customer invoices.
- Proactively dealing with day to day delays and providing excellent customer service to customers directly serviced by Kenny Waste Management and the subcontractors.
- Booking services for bins, skips and roros and managing the schedule for customers.

**EXPERIENCE**

Essential:

- Waste Management Industry Experience
- Minimum 1-year experience in an administration role
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Minimum 1-year experience in a customer service role

Desirable:

- Experience within an Invoice Administrator role

**SKILLS**

Essential:

- Customer service skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Great attention to detail

**KNOWLEDGE**

Desirable:

- Waste Management Software
