A Coventry based manufacturing company is looking to recruit a Logistics Supervisor.

You will be working for an established company that is one of the world's leading manufacturers of automotive products. Within this role you will support the Logistics Manager in a fast paced environment by:

- Working towards the Logistic department KPI'S.
- As a supervisor you will lead both the team and projects in order of the department and company requirements.
- Liaise with customers when required.
- Manage and maintain express freight breakdown.
- You will have a key role as supervisor in supporting the logistics and dispatch areas, with new strategies in the changing environment.

As a Logistic Supervisor you will require:

- Experienced in using Sap and MRP Systems.
- 3 Years of experience in and Automotive / Manufacturing environment within a Logistic position.
- Experienced in Six Sigma principles as well as Lean principles.
- Qualified in Freight forwarding or and equivalent Material Management diploma.
- Strong communication skills.

33 days holiday with one week shutdown in summer and Christmas

Smart pay pension scheme, with 6% employer contribution, this includes lump sum life assurance of 4 x salary

37.5 hour working week with an early finish on Fridays

Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 16:30pm
