**About the Role**

Bleep has an exciting opportunity to join our growing UK team as an EPOS and Payments Installation Engineer on a full-time, permanent basis, based in our London office (NW10 7UN). This role is well suited to someone with a background within IT, paymentsor point of sale, who wants to take the next step into becoming an EPOS and Payments engineer.

As an EPOS and Payments Installation Engineer you will be required to prepare, configure, test, install and support EPOS and Payment solutions within hospitality, retail, and events environments. You will need to become our card terminal guru, assistingwith merchant and helpdesk queries, and helping to prepare devices for events during the busy summer months.
- Configuration, testing and installation of all parts of EPOS and Payment systems, per Company standards and procedures providing full capability and Front-End user training (Project Ownership).
- You will be working, both, in the office and out on the field with possibility to travel (including abroad).
- Provide clear briefings and communication to clients and end users on how the system is setup/performing/operating.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current technology trends and developments in areas of interest and relevance to the business.
- Ensure that all technological solutions are tested and in correct working order prior to deployment.
- Card Payment Terminal registration and configuration including extensive knowledge of the systems and processes required to setup and deploy card terminals.
- Provide on-site technical support for the deployed infrastructure during an event, monitoring performance, diagnosing, and fixing issues as they arise, providing a fast response service to issues and queries.

**About You**
- A minimum of 2 years as either an installation engineer, with troubleshooting background, or technical helpdesk agent within the industry.
- Ideally, experience with the EPOS or Payments industry.
- Networking & Data Cabling experience.
- Clean driving license is essential.
- Ability to carry out specific tasks with minimum supervision.
- Ability to manage projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Customer focused with the confidence to work alongside prestigious clients in a one-to-one environment
