**Executive Assistant - Competitive Salary + Benefits - Cheshire**

**The Role**

As our MD’s right-hand person, you will be proactive not reactive and ensure our MD is always prepared and two steps ahead.

With your friendly and professional attitude, you will be the first person our clients interact with - on site or via telephone, so providing exemplary customer service is a must. You will also provide efficient and effective administrative practices over a range of areas, such as: - Inbox and diary management; meeting agendas, minutes & papers; client records management; travel arrangements; planning and business research; planning knowledge database; support staff and facilities - window cleaners, gardeners, housekeeper, car valet, etc.

You will assist in raising the profile of WRP by undertaking marketing and promotion activities. This includes activities relating to social media posts, coordinating and attending events and shows, marketing and thank you gifts.

This role requires outstanding rapport building and communication skills, as well critical thinking and creative problem solving and solutions. You must have a ‘can do’ attitude. With your exceptional diligence, time management and prioritisation skills, you will always get the job done and to an exceptional standard.

**The Person**

Ideally you will have 5+ years PA/EA experience, but what’s important to us is that you are the right person with the right attitude.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
