**The Regional Care Trainer job objectives and responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the training manager daily
- Deliver induction training for new starters
- Deliver refresher training to experienced staff
- Deliver one to one specialist training
- Experience within the Domiciliary sector for at least 1 year
- Health and Social care Level 3 NVQ
- Train the trainer qualifications
- Good knowledge with IT
- Be confident to deliver training to staff in a classroom environment and in a virtual classroom
- Driving licence and own vehicle is essential
- Business insurance for your car (or be willing to obtain this)
