**Your role and responsibilities**

We are looking for an experienced Administrator who would like to join our organisation on a permanent basis to provide vital support to our Client Accounts team during a very busy time. The Client Accounts department is responsible for processing all insurance claims and payments on behalf of our clients. Your role will be to assist the team in doing this in an efficient and timely manner**.**

**The role will consist of the following duties**:

- To accurately process insurance claims within agreed timescales
- To manage queries from Insurers in a professional manner
- To accurately record and process payments
- To liaise with clients and insurance companies on the telephone in a professional, yet sensitive manner.
- Have a minimum of 2 years administrative experience
- Have experience of processing payments and insurance claims
- Be proficient in using Microsoft software (Outlook/Excel)
- Be able to pick up and learn new tasks quickly
- Be exceptionally organised and able to prioritise own workload
- Be confident and professional when speaking with senior members of staff, clients, and insurance providers
- Be empathetic to client circumstances
- Be eligible to work in the UK

We accept referrals for Orthopaedic Surgery, Soft Tissue Surgery, Neurology and Neurosurgery, Internal Medicine, Dentistry, Cardiology, Anaesthesia, Dermatology, Diagnostic Imaging, Oncology, Physiotherapy as well as Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) and a Pain Clinic.

We have comprehensive and established clinical and non-clinical programmes for training, development and CPD.

You can find us in Hampshire, just south of Winchester, close to the M3 and national and international transport links. We are in a serene countryside setting with state-of-the-art facilities and are available to look after pets 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
