Redline Group have a fantastic Contract Electronics Design Engineer opportunity with our client based, in Cambridgeshire.

Our client are a world leading design and developer of smart technology, and they are currently looking to hire an experienced Contract Engineer to help them bring the next generation of products to market. They promote a pro-active and collaborative workingculture, where Engineers work together to resolve technical problems; as such we are looking for likeminded professionals to join the team on a 12-month contract. As the Contract Senior Electronics Design Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting thesustaining team through the current component shortage. You will be working to help develop the next generation of their smart metre technology. This is an opportunity to utilise engineering and problem-solving skills.

This contract has an indicative outside IR35 determination and therefore can be offered to contractors operating through their own PSC. You will need to be on-site Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week.

Key Skills Required for Contract Electronics Design Engineer: (Cambridge - Hybrid Working)
- Strong experience with digital design
- Able to use Altium
- Experience of circuit board design and board layout with regards to EMC
- RF and/or Antenna Design Experience (Zigbee, Bluetooth, WiFi) circuits.
