**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and target potential clients seeking industrial warehouse spaces for lease.
- **Property Marketing**: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to showcase available warehouse properties to potential tenants.
- **Property Viewings**: Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, highlighting key features and addressing any inquiries.
- **Lease Negotiation**: Negotiate lease terms and conditions, including rental rates, lease duration, and any additional clauses.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the leasing process.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform leasing strategies.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are accurately reflected and legally compliant.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Handle administrative duties related to property leasing, including documentation, record-keeping, and correspondence.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience In The Corporate Services Industry
- A Interest And Passion For Real Estate
- Understanding of leasing principles, contract negotiation, and property law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to client acquisition and relationship management.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite & Admin Software's
**Additional Requirements**:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to various properties and client meetings as required.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours to accommodate client schedules and deadlines.
