**Residential Property Legal Secretary/PA**
**South West London**
**Salary depending on experience**
**Full Time in the office**
Legal 500 law firm with offices in Surrey and London firm are seeking to appoint an experienced property secretary with the Residential Property Department.
**Duties will include**:
- Opening files and new matters on Case Management system
- Preparing client care letters and service plans
- Audio typing from dictation when needed
- Preparing and drafting correspondence and precedent documents for fee earners (from PLC and the firm’s own library of precedents)
- Submitting searches and preparing draft reports on results and title documents
- Carrying out searches (bankruptcy and priority)
- Extensive use of the Land Registry portal
- Preparing completion statements and invoices
- Liaising with clients and other parties to keep files ‘ticking over’ for fee earners
- Audio typing from digital dictation system
- Daily use of outlook for diaries, booking client and departmental meetings
**Desired skills and experience**:
- Legal Secretarial/Assistant experience within Residential Property is essential
- Strong and efficient secretarial/legal admin skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Audio typing ability using digital dictation systems
- Experience of using case management system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very well organised
- Friendly & professional attitude
- IT literate - Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook/ Digital Audio software
