We are looking for an Electrical Designer to join our expanding company; we undertake Electrical Installation works in Commercial and Industrial environments. We also carry out large scale Solar PV installations in Commercial and Industrial properties. Direct Electrical (Leics) Ltd are based at Wigston, Leicester but we carry out works all over the UK.

The applicant would be required to design small electrical projects, those which would also include solar PV rooftop and ground mounted solar designs. The applicant would also need to have a strong knowledge and experience in Construction, Electrical and the Renewables Industry. They must have a high attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities;
- Design and build electrical systems for various projects using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure accurate and efficient designs.
- Review project specifications and requirements to determine design parameters.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Meet project requirements and time-scales. --- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and cost estimates.
