**Job Title**:Commercial Account Handler

**The Client**:

**The Opportunity**:
You will be outgoing and driven and able to build rapport with your clients to enable you to gather information to assist in the control of the renewal process.

Be an excellent communicator - openly discuss the renewal terms with clients and seek alternatives where necessary

Talk to brokers and gain access to most competitive terms to meet your clients objectives

Maintain and grow your book of business by actioning new business leads.

Assist with any account/credit control matters and resolve efficiently.**

**What’s needed for me to be considered?**

You must be an excellent communicator at all levels with a strong attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of client market and insurance industry network, London Market, Lloyds and Industry.

Continually building your industry knowledge and seeking development

Holding/working towards one of the Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications: Dip CII/ Cert CII

Ideally educated to A-Level standard or equivalent with a strong working knowledge of general insurance products, services, classes of insurance.
