Our Client in the Bury St Edmunds area is seeking a highly motivated Senior Vehicle Service Advisor to join their busy Automotive Service Department.
Our client is a well-established and highly regarded business. They strive to provide excellent service in terms of quality of their work and customer care.
The successful Senior Vehicle Service Advisor will be expected to have excellent customer service skills, you will be confident in your ability to deal with a wide range of people in a friendly and professional manner and participate and work effectively in a busy environment as a member of the team.
Your duties as a Senior Service Advisor will include responding to customer enquiries relating to service and repairs, ensuring the vehicle will be ready at the time agreed and advising the customer as necessary.
It is essential that the chosen Senior Service Advisor has a minimum of 1 year motor trade experience.
