OurService Engineersare essential to efficiently & effectively assist our customers, assisting with any product and installation related maintenance for Anglian installed products covered by our 10-year warranty. We will provide all the tools and equipmentthat you will need to carry out this role including a van, PDA, mobile phone and tools.

This is a superb opportunity for someone with previous experience ofuPVC installationormaintenance, having skills (or relevant qualifications) in fitting & installing uPVC, wood or aluminium home improvement products.

**Your duties will include**:

- Visiting customer homes, identifying the fault and taking the appropriate action to rectify in line with our warranty and our quality standards.
- To demonstrate & explain correct product care to customers
- Be customer focused and provide a high level of service to every customer.
- Making sure optimum stock levels are maintained to ensure jobs can be effectively resolved and completed
- Completing service calls as scheduled and in a timely manner using our, "Right First Time" approach, helping to reduce any cancelled appointments
- Accurate and timely completion of paperwork and regular updating of the supplied PDA device

**You will need**:

- Experience of uPVC installation and maintenance (or relevant qualification)
- Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer facing environment
- Be able to work on your own initiative in a standalone field based role
- A willingness to travel as required and show flexibility within the working week
- Good time management skills
- Good communication skills
- A full driving license

**What We Offer**
- Highly Competitive Basic Salary of between **£22,000 - £27,500 PA**, dependant on location
- Closed Call Bonus up to £29,900 PA, dependant on location
- 31 Days Holiday, increasing to 33 days with 2 years service
