We are currently looking for our next **Wesbite Content Administrator** to join our team at our Head Office in Witham, Essex.

**About the role**:
Our websites are our shop front for our customers. To maintain and improve the content and tools set on our web platforms via our CMS & SAAS solutions. This job is to make sure our company websites look and perform well.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Own the configuration & content structure tree within the Business’ Optimizely (Episerver) platform.
- Manage & manipulate content blocks used by CMS users.
- Keep the content and assets of the company’s websites & associated web tools up to date.
- Create landing pages using the CMS page types.
- To code website front-end elements using HTML & CSS where required.
- Collate recommendations that can easily be fed back to the technical team to improve the CMS.
- Manage web banners & assets on our episerver & MI web platforms.
- Contributes to team meetings and participates in daily stand-ups as required.
- Works as a team member and is ideally not limited to a skill or discipline.
- Pass on knowledge to other team members to expand their skill sets.
- The delivery of website improvements as per the department’s roadmap.
- Prepare reports on customer & stakeholder feedback on the website functionality for triage.
- On time delivery of tasks and all project outputs.
- Own the delivery of tasks and maintain regular dialogue with colleagues when required & prior to any delivery slippages to ensure expectations can be managed.
- To ensure all content and assets are compliant and stored safely & appropriately.
- Manage risk, issues and escalate to the Ecommerce and Digital Manager as required.

**Skills Required**:

- Uses digital marketing and design techniques to make pages that drive conversion.
- Identifies, take-ownership, investigates, and proposes solutions to technical problems.
- Works with the IT Technical team to resolve website issues.

**Experience Required**:

- Website code (HTML, CSS)
- Proficient in JavaScript and jQuery
- Experience using Bootstrap and/or other responsive libraries
- CMS Page Creation
- SEO knowledge & best practice
- Minimum 1 Years Episerver CMS experience/management - desirable but not essential
- Minimum 1 Years Google Webmaster Tools experience - desirable but not essential

**Qualifications Required**:

- GCSE A-C English & Maths
