We are a Managed Service Provider who provide IT Support and Cybersecurity for small to medium businesses. We tailor our packages to make them specifically fit everyone's needs, allowing full protection and IT support as your company grows.

**What You Will Be Doing?**

As a 2nd line engineer you will assist in proactively managing and troubleshooting issues for the end customers of our MSP partners. Using your analytical skills to efficiently problem solve within our fast paced environment, you will work with your teamto provide market leading technical support. You will be responsible for delivering 2nd Line Support Services to our customer base, while escalating issues requiring more senior recourse to a suitable engineer

**We Need You To Have**
- Strong experience with all Microsoft products including but not limited to: Windows Server, Office 365 + Active Directory
- A solid hands on background working with physical and virtual server installation and builds with tools such as VMWare and Hyper-V
- Understanding of Networking (DNS, DHCP)
- Good experience with in a Customer Service role, with excellent written and verbal skills
