Client Coordinator

**Position Summary**:
Exciting opportunity for a Client Care Coordinator to join our team. We are Smile 101 Specialist Orthodontic Centre, an innovative, digital, private orthodontic practice situated in Guildford Surrey. The practice is within walking distance from the town centre.
We are looking for someone who excels at customer service and organisation. The applicants should be confident to communicate with patients both face-to-face and on the telephone. Who feels passionate about their work, has high standards, a high level of professionalism and maturity and is a team player.
- Delivering highest level of customer service
- Welcome all patients arriving at the practice with a smile
- Answer the telephone
- Liaise with patients and to organise appointments over the telephone and in person
- Establish and maintain working relationships with all members of the dental team
- Schedule patient appointments in accordance with the practice policies and keep records of all appointments
- Manage patient recalls
- Assist patients in completing their details prior to attending each appointment
- Collect and record patient payments noting any missed payments.
- Liaise with dental laboratories, supply companies and other organisations as required
- Keep the reception area and waiting rooms clean and tidy
- Undergo training as may be required to develop your skills and abilities
- Attend staff meetings
- Attend refresher and update training for medical emergencies and CPR
- Liaise with the Practice Manager on all matters concerning administration, pay and service
- conditions
- Deal in an appropriate and prompt manner with patient feedback and inform the practice
- manager about patient comments and complaints
- Maintain data protection in line with practice policies
- Manage the sales of dental sundries to patients and ensure patients are provided with the opportunity to buy sundries when they leave the practice
- Other duties as necessary for the efficient operation of the practice.
- Work strictly within practice policies and procedures in line with CQC regulations.

- Computer literate.
- Good telephone manner.
- Organised and pro-active workflow
- Be able to work well within a team, as well as have the ability to be proactive when working alone.
- Good communication skills with the patients and team.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Team player, punctual, keen learner and must have good communication skills.
Immediate start is available.
**Job Type**: Part-time, days are negotiable, school hours will be considered
**Salary**: Negotiable wage depending on experience.
