Excellent role on offer for an ambitious and passionate Graduate Structural Engineer to come on board with a small/ medium size practice of Structural Engineers for a new and exciting position in the business.
Are you are an ambitious, passionate structural engineer who wants to work on interesting projects? Are you looking to work in a company that actively supports your progression, training and career development?
The company is a highly passionate, forward-thinking structural engineering consultancy who have a very high levels of experience and qualifications across their friendly and passionate team. The business is based on rewarding and supporting people for theirhard work and dedication and you will find that they will help you to succeed as much as they can. They will provide mentorship and supervision as you get more experience designing and producing elements for their varied ongoing projects. The variety of projectsincludes residential, schools, care homes, hospitals, laboratories, commercial/retail developments for well known names and many more.
In this role you will be visiting sites to survey with a more experienced supervisor, completing design elements for their ongoing projects as well as small scale projects of your own as you build your experience, completing structural calculations and representingthe business on meetings. You will also need to travel to site to visit various projects and meet with ongoing clients. You will need to be flexible, organized and a good communicator as someone who will be able to represent the business well with their longterm and prospectus clients.
