Nursery Practitioner

We are seeking a nursery practitioner to help take the nursery to the next level. We have ambitious plans to expand over the next two years and are seeking dynamic and passionate staff to train in our unique approach to then fly with us to the next level.If you are serious about growing your career in childcare with a first class employer then this could be the job for you.

You will need to understand the EYFS, not just as a paper document, but how to put it in practice ever day to really enhance children's learning opportunities and extend their curiosity and creativity.

Safeguarding is key and your knowledge and actions are paramount to the safety and wellbeing of all the children in our care. You should already have a good understanding of child protection procedures and how to safeguard children within the setting butyou will receive regular updates and annual training.

We believe encouraging children to enjoy all weathers in the differing seasons and they love exploring the gardens and woods. You will have lots of opportunities to extend your knowledge of the benefits of outdoor learning and encouraging imaginative playwith natural resources.
