Our client, in an exciting industry, is looking for a Senior Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, motivated and dynamic Administrator to work in a unique environment and develop their career.

This role has responsibility for managing the day to day admin, financial and operations of the site and supervising a small admin team.

Duties include
- Coordinate the provision of the office management and medical administration service to the site
- Establish, review and maintain efficient office administration procedures
- Manage agreed areas of the site budget and be accountable for expenditure: manage the processing of purchase orders, contracts, invoices, travel & accommodation requests, expenses and petty cash for the site
- Co-ordinate and deliver staff induction programmes
- Support the National HR team, by implementing, administering and promoting consistent and clear HR processes
- Support the National IS team, by implementing, administering and promoting consistent and clear IS procedures, co-ordinating starter inductions and where required, act as the contact for the IT helpdesk in relation to major IT faults
- Act as the lead H&S representative for the site
- In conjunction with the Operations Manager, manage any premises or facilities related issues, including liaising with landlords
- Co-ordinate and support site management meetings
- Any ad hoc duties as requested by the Operations Manager or Management

Skills/Experience
- Experience in a senior admin role
- Experience of providing efficient support to a team of professional staff in a busy and demanding environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to use initiative and exercise judgement where required
- Able to coach and train staff in basic admin processes
- Confident, bright, excellent communication skills
