**Company Description**

Culina Group Limited, through its subsidiaries, provides logistics, warehousing, distribution, and other services for the food and drink industry in United Kingdom and Ireland. It provides chilled, ambient, contract packaging, and bonded logistics services,as well as value-added services, such as online visibility and systems integration, pallet management, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Based at our Sheffield depot, with some occasional travel to other locations, you will be responsible for the production of the weekly costings for a number of customer contracts across multiple sites.
- Preparation of of the Management Accounts for multiple cost centres to review level.
- Investigate and explain variances in the Management Accounts.
- Reconciling and preparing monthly balance sheet accounts.
- Complete annual budgets to review level.
- Complete periodic re-forecasting to review level.
- Invoice and Credit Control customers and update the Company cash forecast.
- Support in the weekly reconciliation of labour deployment.
- Review supplier invoices and liaise internally and with the supplier to resolve any queries.
- Numerous ad-hoc reports and project tasks as required from the Senior Management Accountant and the Senior Finance Team based at Head Office.

**Qualifications**
- Part qualified Accountant (AAT, CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Proven attention to detail and analytical approach.
- Strong Excel skills and comfortable using MSWord and PowerBI.
- Questioning and enquiring approach with a real desire to seek out new methods that will allow more efficient provision of accurate financial data.
- Comfortable working individually and as part of a team, sharing knowledge and improvement ideas for the benefit of the Company and its staff.
- Hard working and flexible, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines
- Keen to get involved and a team player.
- Good communicator at all levels in the business
- Have the ability to take on further responsibility and progress into a Management Accountant role.
- Previous experience in a Finance role, including journals, accruals, prepayments, depreciation and income matching
- Experience of working in a similar industry is an advantage
