Delighted to be partnering with a business to recruit for a new opportunity, as their HR Manager.
Key Deliverables:

- To deal with day-to-day HR queries at all levels
- To communicate employee changes & updates to outsourced payroll providers in line with payroll schedules, using payroll systems and ensuring that required payments are made on time
- To coordinate administration at each stage of the employee life cycle, from recruitment to leaver, ensuring that employee records are kept up to date, accurate and legally compliant
- Taking meeting minutes, organising calendars, arranging travel and raising purchase requisitions / orders for HR matters and in support of Board members
- Be responsible for learning and development
- Driving the HR strategy across the business
- Experience within a generalist HR Manager, Senior Advisor or similar role
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Experience of having advised and coached people managers on a broad range of HR matters
- Experience in handling sensitive employee relations matters
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent active listening and investigative skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise a variety of activities
- Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to new challenges
- Experience in payroll management and administration would be beneficial
