**The Job:
**As Office Facilitator you will be responsible for the management, continuous improvement and maintenance of facilities and reception services and once direct report for this well-established organisation in Bristol. Happy to be the primary lead onall day-to day matters impacting the smooth operation of the office environment.

**Key responsibilities**:
You will work with the Management Team to ensure all legal obligations are met (Health and Safety and Fire Safety) to create a safe and collaborative working environment.
Arranging appropriate fire marshal and first aid training as well as co-ordinating monthly meetings, briefings and recruiting of new members as and when required.
Ensuring that timely updates to relevant policies and risk assessments are completed.
Conducting staff DSE audits as and when required and ensuring that any follow-up actions are completed.
Ownership for all accident/incident reporting on site, including timely submissions and RIDDOR reporting when required.
Ensuring that all required third party services to the office are provided in line with agreed contracts; monitoring and liaison with relevant service providers including: Office cleaning, Fire safety equipment provision and servicing of such apparatus (e.g.,printers/coffee machines).
Identification and ownership of all site issues such as security, car parks and relationships with neighbouring offices/landlords.
Management of third-party sub-contractors working on our premises and ensuring that they have safe methods of working and complete appropriate risk assessments/visitor forms.
Working with local Management to advise and ensure that appropriate mitigating actions are in place with regards to outbreaks of contagious diseases.
Co-ordinate visitor arrivals with travel and office arrangements.
Planning and organising company and team events.
Project Manage and lead on any office improvement, desk utilisation or planning initiatives.
You must be happy to be hands and happy to cover to cover reception desk/area including fielding calls, opening and franking post, arranging UPS deliveries, welcoming visitors, receiving deliveries.

**Skills and experience required:
**Working experience of Health and Safety Management (IOSH OR NEBOSH qualified)
Understanding of Health and Safety legislation
Previous experience of managing a facilities/office environment as the primary lead on all day-to day matters impacting the smooth operation of the office environment and people management experience.

**The Person:
**Approachable with a professional manner, strong communication skills, a self-starter with initiative, drive and enthusiasm and the ability to multi-task with great attention to detail. You will have a positive /can-do attitude, be creative and constructive,enjoy problem solving, be highly organised with a clear aptitude for working autonomously and reliable and dependable with the ability to operate confidentially.

**The Salary**: c£30,000 pro rata + Super Benefits
**The Hours**: 3 or 4 days per week
