- Hybrid role - a minimum of 2 days in our London Office
- Salary up to **£30K**DOE, with a premium benefits package

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**

As our Paid Search Executive, you will be responsible for managing accounts daily; adapting and optimising campaigns in response to analytics allowing us to be at the forefront of the market across Google and Bing and excelling KPI's, in order to maximisetraffic and therefore profit. Your **PPC / Paid Search / Google Ads / Bing Ads / Google Ads Editor / SA360 / Tableau**abilities will allow you to manage a system that focuses on enhancing performance with the use of on trend and up-to-date ad copy and extensions. Alongside this, you will be required to use your creative initiative to build new campaigns using GoogleAds Editor as we as a brand expand internationally. To ensure optimisation on all campaigns, demand analysis skills are necessary; in order to improve relevancy and create new opportunities by expanding keyword coverage. As you report on campaign success,you will be required to improve and manage our dashboard and stand as a confident individual as you communicate your findings and improvement monthly to all senior stakeholder.

**WE NEED YOU TO HAVE**
- 2+ years of successfully managing paid search campaigns - A history of hitting targets
- A data-driven perspective:

- To overcoming problems in response to analytics - to do this you will have proven experience in dealing with large data sets
- To reach and excel KPI's and targets
- To highlight knowledge on up-to-date information on trends and innovations
- An intuitive approach
- though you will not be short of mentoring from our talented team, we NEED a creative and logical risk taker to take us to the next level
