EBITS are the largest software company in the aviation fuelling management industry and are growing fast. EBITS provide systems to over 450 refuelling operations globally and have direct integration with many airports, airlines, customer ERP systems andother data providers.

The Customer Success team is dedicated to working with and for EBITS customers. Developing and maintaining a strong positive relationship and continued satisfaction with EBITS products.

Our relationships start during the sales process. We then assume full account ownership upon contract signature. From scoping the customer projects, overseeing effective implementation and training, through to post-implementation support, the Customer Successteam serves as the face of EBITS to ensure delivery excellence and a positive and referenceable customer relationship.

We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Customer Success team to ensure timely delivery of new features within the product as well as a smooth implementation of our software solutions for new customers / sites. The role will also includemanaging a variety of internal projects and coordination between the various departments to achieve our ultimate goal - a satisfied and happy customer.

There is a potential to develop the role to a Customer Success Manager role with time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with our customers and other Customer Success Managers to scope and develop project plans for new implementations and upgrades
- Work closely with other departments to create internal project plans, including timely delivery of new features by our development team
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects: maintain, regularly revise, and update project plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Identify risks: effectively manage and communicate their impact
- Create a company-wide high-level plan to oversee and highlight any potential dependencies, resourcing issues and or conflicting priorities
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s).
- Facilitate communication and teamwork across the business to meet the customers’ expectations within defined timescales
- Ensure project plans and other documents are clear, complete, current and appropriately stored
- Create regular project status reports to stakeholders
- Create Project Plan and Documentation templates that can be effectively used for future implementations
- Play a key role in implementing a new Project Management and Customer Success Tool
- This role may include travel to global locations

**Skills Required**:

- Proven experience delivering both customer-facing & internal projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, overseeing and resolving any conflicts
- Knowledge of both the Agile & Waterfall Project Management framework
- Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of written and verbal formats with a wide range of multicultural clients
- Excellent organisational skills and able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities and timescales
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills; able to gather, analyse and interpret data to aid decision making
- Independent, self-driven individual who takes full ownership of the tasks and role
- Proactive, solution oriented problem-solving skills & ability to come up with innovative solutions
- Ability to work with cross functional teams, building strong relationship with team members

**Desirable**:

- Experience working with or alongside technical teams
- Knowledge of change management systems, processes, procedures, and documentation
- Knowledge of the aviation industry
- Customer oriented, or interested in a more customer focused role
