Purpose of the role:
Reporting to the OD Manager, you will take full responsibility for all OD Administration for the OD team this will include mandatory training, coordinating, and facilitating Induction to scheduling workshops, managing the external development process as well as providing administrative support across all OD projects. With excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills, you will be the first point of call for all OD queries ensuring that a great experience is provided. You will also support the OD Manager with all administrative requirements.

You will be responsible for:
External Development
- Take full ownership of all aspects to do with external development
- Coordinate all external development requests
- Manage the Workday inbox task
- Assisting with Workday requests
- Seek the relevant approvals
- Ensure all requests are in line with our external development policy
- Discuss with HRBP and manager as required
- Raise purchase orders and pay invoices in line with Finance policies
- Carry out vendor onboarding for all suppliers and vendors
- Track and record the External development spend
- Liaise and manage the relationship with external suppliers and vendors
- Carry out research on training for more effective external development
- Book the external development with providers and effectively manage calendars
- Provide advice and feedback to stakeholders
- Manage all internal licence and subscription requests
- Coordinate all offsite training and team building sessions, as required

Induction and Onboarding
- Take full ownership of all aspects of the Betway Induction
- Manage the induction calendar
- Coordinate all aspects of induction
- Sending out invites to attendees, presenters, and facilitators
- Schedule in and sending invitations
- Facilitate induction sessions as required
- Liaise with key content providers on a regular basis for content updates
- Provide advice and answer queries
- Manage attendance
- Manage the induction bootcamp schedule
- Ensure Facilitators are scheduled in
- Send invites to delegates

OD Inbox
- Take full responsibility for the management of the OD Inbox and all queries
- Respond to queries in a timely manner
- Signpost queries where required
- Filing queries once address
- Keep on top of inbox ensuring this is kept organised and tidy

Workday Learning
- Work with the OD Advisor to manage all Workday Learning Modules
- Upload content on workday including but not limited to eLearning’s, videos, toolkits, create learning campaigns or projects
- Ensure content is uploaded accurately
- Ensure attendance is updated by the team
- Upskill the team when required
- Manage and create Workday learning campaigns
- Audit Workday campaigns as required

Workshops
- Take full ownership of the Workshop Calendar
- Book and coordinate Workshops into calendars
- Liaise with the OD Team members to collate and populate the internal workshop calendar
- Send invites to all attendees prior to the workshop
- Work with the OD Advisor to ensure the workshop comms are scheduled in
- Add all workshops to Workday
- Liaise with the Facilitators to ensure attendance is kept up to date

Mandatory Training
- Take full ownership on all mandatory administrative needs
- Coordinate and administer on all mandatory training requirements including workday upload set out above
- Chasing for mandatory training completions and achieve 100% or required pass mark if specified
- Upload and launch Mandatory Training content in Workday
- Create the courses in line with the stakeholder requirements for reporting
- Upload the content and add in integrated questions and include restriction requirements
- Create audiences and campaigns

General Administration
- Take full ownership of the OD Team Meeting Schedules
- Manage the facilitator schedule and ens
