London, United Kingdom Founders Forum Full time

**If you are passionate about tech and the start-up ecosystem, and want to design exciting content agendas with best-in-class speakers, come and join us**

**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a junior content producer to join the Founders Forum community and events team, to play a significant role in curating inspiring content agendas for events, roundtables, dinners, and networking events.
As a programme curator, you will be working with the Head of Content to develop and execute inspirational content agendas for our events by researching new tech trends and speakers, liaising with our event partners, and engaging with leading founders, investors and corporate leaders to delve deeper into topics and build relationships with speakers.
**Salary: £26-32k (depending on experience); Annual bonus**

**About Founders Forum**

Founders Forum is Europe’s prominent entrepreneur community, focused around a number of annual events where our guests engage in open debate, brainstorms, discussion and problem solving in an intimate and collaborative atmosphere - building connections and discussing how to accelerate the positive impact of technology on the world.

Now, in our fifteenth year, we continue to host invite-only forums, tackling era-defining questions in iconic locations worldwide. We have welcomed guests such as Eric Schmidt, Google; Richard Branson, Virgin Group; Katherine Ryder, Maven Clinic; Reid Hoffman, LinkedIn; Evan Spiegel, Snap Inc; Emily Weiss, Glossier; Shahrzad Rafati, BroadbandTV; Sir David Attenborough, Broadcaster; Marissa Mayer, Yahoo; Bob Iger, Disney; Jean Liu, Didi Chuxing; Ted Sarandos, Netflix; Carolyn McCall, ITV; Tim Steiner, Ocadothe list goes on

As our community has grown, Founders Forum has built a family of companies to support the needs of entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey. These businesses cover advisory, executive search, diversity and inclusion, venture creation, investment, education, giving and more.

**The Role**

As a junior programme curator, you will work with the content team to liaise internally and externally, curating meaningful content programmes for the Founders Forum events.

You will have the opportunity to research new content, design exciting programme formats, liaise with world-class speakers and get embedded into the tech ecosystem - covering hot themes such as foodtech, web3, fintech, edtech and so on.
**This is a role for you if**
- You are passionate about the tech and startup world and hungry to learn more.
- You are a relationship builder - you have strong interpersonal skills, capable of managing and influencing stakeholders internally and externally.
- You love reading about tech and have the research skills to spot and understand the latest trends, keep tabs on up and coming speakers and proactively develop new ideas.
- You want to be at the heart of the tech world, developing a series of world-class community events for leading founders, corporates and investors.
- You have entrepreneurial drive - this means you’re creative, resilient, self-driven and naturally curious.
- You are an effective writer and communicator - you are able to structure ideas into written formats with strong attention to detail
- You thrive working in teams and love to listen to and learn from others.
- You are able to think critically and flexibly, and are able to adapt and iterate where necessary to achieve goals in a deadline-oriented environment
- You are structured and organised with strong attention to detail

**Requirements**:

- This is an entry level role, but we’d love to see some transferable extracurricular experience of content production, and/or speaker/client liaison.
- The right to work in the UK

**Benefits**
- £26-32K based on experience, and annual bonus
- 25 days annual leave, birthday leave and additional leave between Christmas and New Years Day
- Be part of an ambitious and passionate team with quarterly team-fun activities, free lunches on a Thursday, office drinks and snacks
- Access to the Founders Family network of businesses and wider tech ecosystem
- Learnerbly - learn at work perks
- Matched charitable giving through Tyve
- Mental Health and Wellbeing support through Spill
- Private healthcare package

**Our Application Process**

Our interview process includes 3-4 stages as standard. Someone who is accepted into the process and successful at each stage can expect the following:

- A one-to-one interview with one of us to hear more about you. You can expect us to ask you about your CV and experience to date. This will be remote.
- A task-based interview with two more of our team to understand how you approach problems. We will usually give you a task to complete remotely in advance, and the follow up interview will be in person.
- A final conversation with a Senior member of the team or our CEO Carolyn Dawson. This will be in person and give you the chance to see our HQ

If there's anything you need to help you be the best
