**OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (EXPORTS) URGENTLY NEEDED**

My client is a multinational Logistics company operating out of Slough and with offices in France, Italy and USA.

An exciting opportunity has recently arisen within their Export team for an Operations Supervisor who will be responsible for ensuring that all operational matters for imports and exports are dealt with in a professional and timely manner and to responsiblydelegate duties to others.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities include**:

- Customs entries for exports - Docs/LV/HV/Temp Export/TShip
- Customs entries for imports - Docs/LV/HV/BRG/TShip
- Knowledge of Import & Export Carnets from start to finish.
- Uphold and enforce company Polices - to include (but not limited to) AEO Procedures / BSI/ISO 9001 polices and IATA
- Liaise and delegate jobs to drivers, sub-contractors, and suppliers,


**Desirable Qualifications/Skills**:

- Knowledge of internal & external software such as Lightening, CHIEF & Descartes desirable.
- Overseeing the functions of the running of the shipping functionality
- Keep up to date with changing regulations for customs or IATA.
- Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel software
