Our client, an established and trusted mutual financial services provider based in historic Bath has an opportunity to be involved in change and transformation by joining a project team to support delivery. The trainee Project Support Officer will support and learn the following:
**Key results areas**

Delivery of specific project outputs on time and within budget, including but not limited to:
- Existing process maps
- To-Be process maps
- Project governance documents
- Financial tracking of project expenditure
- Regular attendance and input at Project working group meetings and/or relevant governance forums
- Contribution to the delivery of projects under the guidance of the Business Change Team
- Creation and interpretation of reports to support project delivery
- Contribution to the structure of long-term delivery roadmap
- Supporting Head of Business Change in delivery
You will work across the business and be an excellent communicator face to face, virtually and in writing. You will use Excel to manipulate and analyse data and your listening skills to gather requirements and produce process maps. If you have basic SQLknowledge you will use this to query the database. This is a learning role, so their must be a willingness to learn and pick things up quickly and gain a Project Management qualification (fully supported). In return this is a great grounding for someone lookingto move into Project Management as a career.
