**What you’ll be doing**

This Marketing Executive role is based in the Research Solutions and Thought Leadership team. As the Marketing Executive for Research Solutions you will support the Marketing Campaign Manager in developing and executing a range of marketing campaigns andevents to promote our Research Solutions offering (books, journals, and Inspec scientific database), and support the sales team in the EMEA region.

**A little more about the role**
- Working with the Marketing Campaign Manager, create marketing campaigns to deliver on business objectives, with a focus on Inspec, Books and Journals for the EMEA region.
- Support the wider marketing team with the delivery of elements of defined campaigns, on and offline utilising the full marketing mix.
- Work with team members to support design, collation, production and mailing of key collateral, including writing of materials as required.
- Briefing/liaising with designers, printers and other external suppliers.
- Co-ordinate the bookings and sponsorship of events as required working with internal stakeholders. Occasional attendance will be required.
- To become an expert on the IET brand and ensure tight adherence to brand guidelines
- To track budget spend and ROI.

- Demonstrable marketing experience with experience of digital and direct marketing
- You will have proven ability to work accurately and quickly without supervision
- Be able to effectively prioritise and manage a challenging workload and to work on your own initiative to deliver to stakeholder satisfaction
- Excellent attention to detail, copywriting and proofreading skills
- Highly professional with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- First class written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to undertake occasional travel
- Demonstrate the IET values of integrity, excellence and teamwork
- You will have a passion for marketing and making a difference
