As the Adoption Social Worker, you will be involved in recruitment, training and assessment of Prospective Adopters. You do not necessarily have to have been an Adoption/Family Placement Social Worker previously but experience within Child Protection,Court, Fostering or Looked after Children's teams is necessary along with assessment skills.This Charity is striving to be "Outstanding" rated by Ofsted and to be successful, you will need to have an enthusiastic approach to match this organisation's ambitionsand ethos and child-centred approach.
