A global travel retailer is looking for a store manager to lead one of its stores in Windsor. This instantly recognisable brand name, a true global powerhouse is part of a wider group of companies and has a footprint of multiple brands across multiple marketsworldwide. The brand is an iconic, highly respected leader in its field and is renowned for its exceptional branding and product quality.

The role of store manager will see you managing a team of five in a site that takes £500K per year. This site is unique as it is situated just outside Windsor Castle and stocks a range of souvenirs and gifts that a specific to British heritage and culture.As the store manager you’ll work closely with the buying teams in head office to develop a range of products that is specific to Windsor. This role is the springboard to developing a reputation within the organisation and raises your profile internally. Thecurrent store manager has been appointed into a long term secondment in head office which demonstrates your ability to progress.

Coming from a beauty, fashion, footwear or accessories background, you’ll have developed strong commercial and people development skills. The role would suit an existing store manager who is looking to do something a little different and have more autonomyover buying and merchandising. It would also suit an experienced deputy manager who is looking for their first store management appointment.

In return they are offering a salary of up to £29,000 with the potential of earning an additional £2900 per year in bonus. The store also has opening hours that are friendly to those who want a work life balance. The store is open from 10am to 5pm meaningyou won’t be working any late nights.
