Holt Executive is partnered with a highly-regarded global defence and aerospace technology business, providing critical aviation equipment to commercial airlines and governments alike. They are recruiting a **Supply Chain Program Lead** in Crawley, West Sussex.

You will be responsible for managing in a matrix environment. Directing subcontractors of critical commodities, sub-assemblies and direct materials during the development phase of new programs and products for our client’s aviation division.

Key responsibilities for the **Supply Chain Program Lead - Aviation**:

- Smooth and effective Program Management of the Supply Chain activities, ensuring smooth flow of customer requirements through the supply chain to support the Bids/Proposals team.
- Manage, with the Commodity Manager, Purchasing Manager and Subcontracts Manager any processes related to Non-Disclosure (NDA), Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Inquiry (RFI), Purchase Orders, Long Term Agreements (LTA) for timely inputs to the Bids/Proposals team.
- Lead supply chain management and procurement activities for new product launches and collaborate with new product/project teams to develop sourcing strategies and implement the same along with developing sourcing risk plans.
- SC Point of Contact to the project team to help define project procurement requirements and the sourcing of goods and services to meet expectations.
- Perform complex data analysis and build financial models to assess and evaluate requirements for advance purchasing activities for critical stock items.
- Assess supplier capabilities and identify new suppliers.

Key requirements for the **Supply Chain Program Lead - Aviation**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain Management preferred) and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience in Program Management, Procurement and New Product project management.
- Knowledge in the areas of electro-mechanical, Metals/Fabrications, Motion systems, Visual systems (projectors) and Optics systems and Displays.
- Strong background in developing Statement of Work for suppliers and developing Terms and conditions for contracts.
- Strong project management skills; manages large, complex project initiatives with mínimal oversight or direction.
- Solid interpersonal and planning skills to lead change through influencing abilities.
