Area Manager Nhs Projects

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Area Manager** to join our growing NHS Projects team. This role will primarily be based in the **Agincare Head Office, Portland Dorset**.
You will be responsible for the achievement of set targets and sustainable business growth and profitability across all of our partnership projects with the NHS and Local Authorities. You will ensure that all legislative, contractual and corporate operationalrequirements are adhered to at all times.
**About the Role
Contract: 40 Hours per week
As the Area Manager for the Agincare NHS Projects team you will:
- Be responsible for the achievement of set objectives, targets, sustained business growth and profitability
- Ensure that all legislative, contractual and corporate operational requirements are being adhered to, at all times.
- Be responsible for the management, production and implementation of robust business plans.
- Support the Operations team, ensuring that care provision meets company policy, CQC, local and national government expectations by handling any escalated issues and conducting regular reviews and support visits.
- Drive best practice and work with the rest of the operations team to introduce and deliver policies and processes aiming to meet and exceed excellent standards.
- Further support with HR processes including performance management, recruitment and retention and business change where required.
**About You
You will have:
- Management Qualification or willing to work towards this qualification within agreed timescales
- Previous senior management experience
- Experience with multi-site management
- Extensive knowledge of CQC regulations
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills at all levels
- Ability to manage a varied work load and demonstrate effective time management and organisational planning experience
- Driving Licence & own transport
