Successfully working in the fast-paced express lanes and fixing problems withself-scanning devices are things many become proud of being part of.

Okay this isn’t you but this is the client base you will be supporting, challenges you need to be aware of.

As a Talent Delivery Consultant, you will play an important role in supporting the development of colleagues and the delivery of talent plans for the Tech function.

You will be responsible for arranging and supporting the delivery of a first-class induction and other key talent and development initiatives - these will range from facilitating talent reviews, running recruitment campaigns to meeting division specificdevelopment requirements.

You will also work closely with the Senior Talent Partner and the Centre of Excellence teams to support the delivery of a strategic talent plan for a business area(s).
