Pharmacy Dispenser (SystmOne Proficient) - North East of Cambridge (Temporary)

**About the Role**

Are you a qualified and experienced Pharmacy Dispenser looking for some temporary work? We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team in the North East of Cambridge for a series of fixed dates.

This is a temporary contract opportunity spanning over three weeks, working across the following dates:

- Tuesday 21st May - Thursday 23rd May
- Tuesday 28th May - Thursday 30th May
- Tuesday 4th June - Thursday 6th June

The working hours will be from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm each day.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately dispense medication according to prescriptions, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Meticulously check prescriptions for accuracy and completeness.
- Label medications clearly and provide patients with usage instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organised dispensary environment.
- Manage pharmacy stock levels and ensure timely ordering of medications.
- May answer patient queries and offer advice on medication use (under the supervision of a pharmacist).
- Contribute to a positive and efficient pharmacy team.

**Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience working in a pharmacy setting.
- Proficiency in using SystmOne pharmacy software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Desirable**:

- Experience working in a GP surgery environment.
