**Business Analyst - Charity Sector**
**About the role**:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to lead and deliver analysis activities across multiple business transformation programs, projects, and digital technology products.

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, gather, and prioritise requirements for business improvement initiatives, and play a key role in bridging the gap between the needs of the business and technology solutions.

The successful Business Analyst will have the opportunity to work with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies and use analysis tools and techniques to enhance process, user experience, and solution outcome.

**The ideal Business Analyst will have**:

- Previous experience working as a Business Analyst within waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of lean methodologies and principles
- Experience of working on technology implementation projects and/or products across both Agile and waterfall methodologies
- Strong team working skills, able to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with a variety of personalities and situations across multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, able to effectively adapt style to the audience at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and different ranges of work
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with the tenacity to assist team solutions successfully through to implementation
- We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Analyst who can make an active contribution to developing the Business Analysis service within the company.

**Salary + Benefits**

This role is **hybrid-remote**, with **1 day a week** paying up to **£42,000 + Benefits**.**Interview process**:
