Management of inductions and employee lifecycle
Review of any issues on global mobility
Management of the facilities, ensuring that contract are all up to date.
Management of the payroll, including bacs payments are made on time and accurately
What you need to be successful
CIPD Qualified you will have experience already gained in a HR Manager role and have the experience in a generalist role.
This role is supervising 2 people so any experience in management would be great. They are a lovely team, with a great culture and really are looking for someone with the technical expertise when it to areas such as ER but also with excellent attributesand an ability to interact at all levels in a friendly and approachable manner.
What you will receive in return
25 days annual leave, hybrid working is currently being trialled and they operate 2 days per week in the office, life insurance and many other benefits attached to this role.
