**The Aftersales Manager role**

We are looking for a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager that has at least 1 years’ proven background of high performance within aftersales management. Understanding manufacturer systems and processes is key.

As an experienced Aftersales Manager you’ll understand the importance of this role and the key senior managerial responsibilities that come with it.

You will report directly into the Head of Business and run an efficient department delivering on key KPI’s linked with all the businesses vehicle Parts and Servicing activity.

Staff management, development and performance are key. You will be leading a large aftersales team, so a background in large retailer aftersales operations is important.
