**What you will be doing**
Our Warehouse Operations Team play a vital role in MADE’s overall customer experience, and this role offers a real opportunity to work within a growing business with development opportunities. With our new Warehouse opening in 2019 you will have an opportunity to shape the future of MADE’s logistics operation by supporting the set up and being a part of the first team at this brand-new site.

**This is your day**
Training Duties
- Training on Mhe equipment in this area using manual lifting techniques
- Training processes in this are on the units to pick products for dispatch
- Training Health and Safety Rules
- Updating the Training register
- Creating the qualification certificate
- Keeping an audited filing system to show who has been trained
- Retraining all staff where necessary
- Conducting any necessary conversion training for Made and Agency staff
- Completing any required training in the business
**Requirements**:
**What you will need**
- Counterbalance Forklift Truck License is essential
- Flexi/Articulated Forklift Truck License is desirable
- Previous experience working with an RDT (handheld scanning tool)
- Basic IT skills are essential
- Previous experience in a retail/e-commerce/furniture warehouse is highly desirable
- An energetic approach with a desire to drive our growing business forward.
- Experience of working with a Warehouse Management System (Red Prairie experience would be beneficial)
