**£25,000 - £35,000 + Training + Progression + Benefits**

Are you a Test Technician with experience in a manufacturing setting? Do you have experience testing ventilation equipment or similar? Are you looking to join an ambitious manufacturing company which has been established for 50+ years, so provides good jobsecurity and has ambitious plans for the future?

My client are a leading manufacturer of a wide range of ventilation systems and hardware such as handles, vents, fans and hinges for clients across the globe, with another office based in the United States of America. The UK site is a medium size and enjoysa low turnover of staff and provides great progression and job security for its people.

They are currently looking for a Test Technician to join the team, and design Jigs & Fixtures and testing equipment. You will also be responsible for testing of ventilation equipment and maintaining test facilities and keeping the environment clean. Youwill have the opportunity to get involved with some exciting projects and progress with the company.

**The Role**:

- Airflow and energy efficiency testing of ventilation equipment
- Assist Design and Development Engineers with the construction of prototype ventilation units for testing.
- To design and make jigs, fixtures and test equipment to enable the testing of ventilation equipment.
- Maintain the test facilities and equipment within the R&D Laboratory and to ensure the area is clean and tidy.
- Any Engineering qualifications or relevant Engineering experience
- Previous experience working in a test environment
- The ability to use engineering workshop equipment/ machines where necessary
- Competent using Microsoft Excel to analyse data and produce graphs
