**Sales and Lettings Negotiator**

Quality Street is the streamlined way to sell homes, bringing estate agency, conveyancing and financial services all under one roof.

As we move from strength to strength, an excellent opportunity has arisen to join our busy Sales and Lettings team at our Head Office in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.

This role will require the individual to have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships whilst working towards ambitious sales targets, all with the aim to grow the business.

Responsibilities will include:

- Effectively manage sales generation by utilising a variety of marketing and networking techniques
- Securing new business
- Managing the database, ensuring all details are correct for properties on the market and all compliance is met
- Ensure all sales leads are followed up swiftly
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients from initial meeting through to home completion
- Develop and maintain market intelligence and client networking
- Undertake property valuations and inspections
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Responsible for arranging all aspects of a new tenancy, overseeing tenant references, preparation of documents, checking in arrangements and receipt of all completion funds
- Negotiating rent increases at renewal stage & issuing renewal documentation
- Referencing of tenants
- Providing weekly KPI information to the head of department
- Ensure internal systems regularly updated using the company’s ALTO software
- Ensure the level of customer service delivered is outstanding

Salary £25,000.00 - £35,000.00 PA, dependent on experience.

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Relevant: 3 years (preferred)

- Driving Licence (required)
