Telemarketing Specialist

Our sales team is growing Giganet need bright and energetic sales people to join our highly successful sales team in Telemarketing.

This role can be based out of our Fareham or Reading office and Giganet offer hybrid flexible working. As well your base salary you will have a commission structure that will allow you to influence your earning potential.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

- Selling the range of telephony solutions to business customers
- Following up sales leads generated by the marketing team
- Identifying customer requirements and discussing options
- Using the company CRM to ensure accurate reporting and activity management
- Utilising the pipeline management tool for sales forecasting
- Providing feedback to marketing on campaign activities
- Attending suitable events and exhibitions to create new relationships
- Attending product training and skills development events
