A global provider of prime flexible office space is seeking an Investment Analyst to join their team based in London.

They currently service occupiers from boutique start-ups through to blue chip enterprises and operate over 34 locations, across 7 countries. Due to successful fund raising they are in a strong position to expand their portfolio across multiple locations.

Investment Analyst Responsibilities:

- Create financial models to analyse business and project economics.
- Prepare ad hoc analysis to support real estate deals and strategic initiatives.
- Establish, track and analyse existing financial and operational performance metrics.
- Conduct market research for new markets and projects.
- Developing forecasts, models, segmentation schemes and data-driven analysis.
- Assist the deal team with the preparation of proposals and marketing materials.
- Prepare internal investment committee and board materials.

Key Investment Analyst Requirements:

- Degree qualified in either Finance, Real Estate or Economics.
- Experience working as an Analyst within the Investment Banking, Real Estate or Property market.
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint experience is essential.
- Strong numerical and data skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Salary is £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus discretionary bonus.

Office is based in London.
