**Front of House Supervisor - Monday to Friday**:
£12,720 per annum - term time only

We are CH&CO, we’re proud to take a more thoughtful, mindful approach to the food experiences we source, prepare and present. We are recruiting for a Front of House Supervisor to work at Longacre School.

**You will be...**
- Ensure that the client expectations of hospitality food and food service are consistently delivered in line with the CH&CO brand at a given event.
- Conduct full briefings to all staff, detailing food and food service standards to ensure that the staff are fully aware of the client requirements and their role in delivery
- Serve all food to the highest standard and in line with the CH&CO style using the correct tools and
presentation techniques.
- Assist in the cleaning and clearing of tables polishing of cutlery
- To assist with food preparation in kitchen to the CH&CO standard as required
- To assist with the clean and wash up of all equipment, kitchen and service areas to comply with cleaning schedules.
