**Head of Property Sales - Retallack Resort & Spa**
**Location**: Retallack Resorts & Spa, Cornwall
**Hours of work**: Permanent, 40hrs per week

At Away Resorts we want our Owners to have the ultimate holiday home lifestyle - which is exactly what they get at Retallack Resort & Spa.
Our ownership offering at this Resort is unique and we are on the look out for a Head of Property that understands the intricacies of this investment proposition, and will support and drive sales growth, process and development of the Holiday Home Sales team at Retallack Resort & Spa.
**Who are we?**
At Away Resorts we’re a growing company, shaking up the Great British holiday. With a whopping 27 parks, we are on a mission to inspire everyone to holiday in the UK.
Here at Retallack, potential owners can take their pick from stunning 2,3 or 4 bedroom barns with a 999 year leasehold, plus a buying investment option with a fixed % net return. Our newest collection of holiday homes are currently for sale with further development planned over the next 5 years. Architecturally designed, with designer interiors, these homes are unique and sought after within a hot spot on the North Coast of Cornwall
**What you’ll be doing**
Reporting into the General Manager and working closely with the Group Head of Sales Development, this role will include (bit not limited to):
- Managing the conveyancing process from sale, exchange to completion
- Taking full responsibility of forecasting for resort sales including the debt position
- Motivating and managing the day to day running of the sale’s team including the tracking and driving of KPI’s
- Responsibility of the full sales operation, from end to end (team & process)
- Liaising with appropriate contractors to ensure delivery of any development is completed successfully
- Design and deliver an effective local marketing strategy that will help us achieve our goals full including point of sale on and off park
- Taking full responsibility of building contract deals and relationships with local business that will enhance our offering and generate incoming leads.
- Driving a culture of honesty, integrity, and ethical selling, where compliance is always adhered to.
- To act as a “go between” to ensure the conveyancing process is seamless, this includes regular contact with our customers, both sets of solicitors, brokers and any other stakeholder in the process
**Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need**
If you can demonstrate the following, we’d love to hear from you:
- Experience working in the real estate industry selling property as a lifestyle and an investment strategy.
- Experience of partnering with management and communicating effectively at all levels
- Regularly communicate with team members individually ensuring that objectives are clear while encouraging team retention.
- Create a working atmosphere that is safe, happy, and inclusive in line with the Away Resorts values.
- Experience including new house or holiday home developments
- Knowledge of managing the Conveyancing process
