**Enterprise Architect - REMOTE WORKING**
One of our biggest customers is coming to market looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join them as they embark on large scale transformation across the business.
**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
This role is accountable for identifying and driving new architectural initiatives in order to contribute to the successful delivery of:
- the Architecture Framework (which determines the way architecture functions) to ensure architecture stays relevant and adds value to the organisation.
- the IT Blueprint which outlines to the client what IT needs to provide in order to support the delivery of the overall strategy.
The Enterprise Architect, using internal and external trends, provides the organisation with opportunities to deliver the business strategy; influences the change portfolio to focus on the realisation of business value by delivering strategy; acts as a catalystfor business transformation; ensures the framework and governance stays current and fit for purpose.
**Technical Skill and Ability**
- A minimum of 5+ years working in Enterprise and Solution Architecture is essential.
- An up-to-date knowledge of architectural standards eg TOGAF
- Ability to keep up to date with technology trends and innovations to enable Ageas to leverage any opportunities.
- Ability to act as an expert in all relevant discussions both internally and externally
- Possesses a distinctive blend of business acumen and IT knowledge

- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, which are essential for interacting with senior stakeholders at all levels across the business
- Expertise in setting and managing stakeholder expectations; be a trusted advisor
