Our client is currently looking for a part time administrator to assist within a busy office environment
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update office records and files
- Assist in organising and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
- Conduct data entry and maintain databases
- Assist in payroll and inputting numbers into excel
- Provide support to other team members as needed
**Requirements**:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong clerical and typing skills
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Proficient in computerised systems and software such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong data entry skills
This role is working 18 hours per week
