Our award-winning client in the Education sector has an opportunity for a Senior Business Development Manager to join their very successful, friendly team on a fulltime, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday. Experience of the apprenticeship marketis vital.
Ideal opportunity for a Business Development Manager who is keen to move into a Senior BDM role or an Account Manager who has apprenticeships knowledge as they are happy to train the sales skills

The Senior Business Development Manager role:

- Securing large national clients through developing your own leads, pipeline and target list. You will play a key role in meeting growth plans
- Working in a proactive role, your focus will be on identifying new business and driving sales by building relationships and networks across the UK
- Line managing a client communications executive and a Business Development Administrator, you will work to secure meetings with and win new national clients
- Developing and delivering high calibre propositions and presentations for clients at senior and board level
- Generating a new business pipeline from warm and cold leads, evaluating the market landscape and contributing to overall business activity including exhibitions

The ideal Senior Business Development Manager:

- If someone has knowledge of the apprenticeships market in Health and Social care that would be very advantageous, but also covering retail, IT and Digital, hospitality etc
- Driving licence essential - mileage / travel costs will be covered
- Be happy to travel when required which will be approx. 30%
- Professional approach is a must - delivering presentations in person
- Ideally someone close to Bristol but not essential
