**Internal Recruiter (Interim Legal)**

**c. £40,000+ (negotiable)**

LHH (formerly Badenoch & Clark) are partnered with a leading international law firm. The role would be based in the Manchester City Centre office, hybrid working c. 2 days a week in the office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Temporary/Interim/ContractRecruiter to move in-house; or an in-house recruiter with experience recruiting on an interim basis.

This Top 100 law firm offer an interim lawyer service to their FTSE 100 client base, as well as requiring adhoc interim resource themselves internally.

From senior lawyers and GC's, to paralegals and company secretaries, the team are experts in fulfilling client instructions not only with the required technical expertise but, importantly, with a deep understanding of culture and personal fit.

The team source and place legal consultants across all sectors, groups and divisions, providing clients with specialist expertise with a sector specific approach - whether that be to support an absence in a clients' team through attrition, maternity cover,sick leave or project work for example.

The Internal Recruiter will operate in a client facing role and will manage client instructions from initial instruction through to placement and thereafter, carefully managing any assignment with the support of the wider resourcing and operations team.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional support to internal partner teams and external client base with a high degree of credibility and sector specific knowledge
- Managing end-to-end recruitment cycle of contractors (considering IR35 for project related roles)
- Negotiating fees with support
- Managing ongoing consultant assignments in line with processes and expectations

Preferred experience:

- Experience of interim legal fee earner recruitment
- Demonstrated experience of stakeholder management
- Team player and strong communicator
