Exciting opportunity in contract sales covering the north of England for international market leading manufacturer of plumbing and bathroom products. An instantly recognisable brand sold through Merchants, Retail, DIY and the contract specification sector.

PACKAGE:

- to c£48k basic plus 25% bonus, company car and excellent benefits.

COMPANY: A true market leading manufacturer who operate throughout the world supplying plumbing and bathroom products to the domestic and commercial markets. Their successful UK operation supply through the best known national plumbers merchants, IndependentMerchants, Retailers and on line platforms. They are extremely well respected for both quality of products and after sales service.

THE JOB: As Specification Manager you will focus on developing project opportunities within the contract market. You will focus on house builders, housing developers, student accommodation as well as the ever growing pre fabricated off site manufacturingsector. Gaining specification, working closely with the contractor/installer as well as the supplying merchant.

PERSON: My client requires an experienced contracts/specification sales professional - ideally from a Bathrooms/KBB/Plumbing background but other product backgrounds will be considered. You will need to demonstrate a successful track record in contract /specificationsales with house builders and housing developers. Naturally you will need to be an effective communicator, able to identify new business opportunities and develop strong long term relationships.
